This site is provided for information. You may browse and share it, but you may not copy, republish, or resell its content or code without written permission. Don't attempt to disrupt the site or access it by automated means beyond normal search indexing.

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not offers. The scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work. Unless that document says otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days and recurring services are billed monthly in advance.

• —You keep ownership of the content, brand assets, and data you provide to us.
• —Work we produce for you transfers to you once the related invoices are paid in full.
• —We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how, and may reuse them.
• —Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio.

Projects often rely on third parties such as hosting providers, WordPress, Lovable, Shopify, ad networks, and social platforms. We select and configure them with care, but their availability, pricing, and policies are outside our control and we can't warrant them.

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as part of an engagement, we do so under a separate data processing agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, and the courts of Oakland County, Michigan have jurisdiction — without removing any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
